Catch-all Emails in Web Hosting
Configuring a catch-all mailbox will be remarkably easy if you’ve got a web hosting plan with our company. You can activate the feature through our advanced, albeit intuitive Email Manager tool, which is built into the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you will administer your shared hosting account. You will find all the email addresses that you’ve created enumerated in alphabetical order and on the right side of each one of them there will be a small "Catch-all" icon, which will instantaneously show you if a specific mailbox stores all the messages pertaining to a certain domain or not. With one single click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this feature at any moment. If there is enabled email forwarding or if a different mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a specific domain, you will receive a warning note from our system. The latter won’t disable/replace anything automatically and without your approval.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all functionality can be enabled without effort in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with our company. All the email addresses that you have created with the domain names hosted in your semi-dedicated account will be listed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll find a small sign handily located right next to each one of them. With only a click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choice provided that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with the option already enabled and there isn't active email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this option using the menu that will show up. In case any of the conditions for creating a catch-all mailbox is not answered, our system will let you know, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
