A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (to a certain extent). We will migrate your website(s) to our avant–garde cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that changing hosting providers can lead to lost info and undesired network downtime. For this reason, we’ll perform all that for you at no cost!We’ve got accomplished administrators whose primary task is to make sure that your site works exactly as it did on your previous hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based upon famous apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time window, because there are a lot of variables, including the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our very best to move your website within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (when the content is not large).

A: We don’t gather any information that is personal. We’ll need, though, the login info for your old web hosting account as well as the name of the site that you wish to move.

A: Before we can start the migration of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose more or less the same info you have given to your present web hosting provider. We also have an extremely strict Privacy Policy, which specifies how personal information is dealt with.

A: While we move your site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old web hosting provider. As soon as the transfer is over, we will make certain that everything is functioning properly and that the integrity of your content is not compromised prior to informing you that the migration is completed. Then we will tell you how to move the domain over to your hosting account with us and how to modify the DNS resource records.

A: While we transfer your web content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We won’t contact them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. Generally, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source site building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
